Faces of the PARC

These are my friends; my 'unlikely' friends. Carole has a master's degree in nursing and was a nurse for 41 years. Max is my hero. When he broke his leg he lost his house, but he continues to press through every hurdle to get well and get his life back. Cheryl is moving into her new house this week. Jeff had to leave to go interview for a job. Marvin is a kind and gentle man that manages to find work almost every day at day labor. Wendy found herself homeless when fleeing an abusive relationship. I wish you could meet Allison, Rani, James, Julie, Angela, Dalton, Tim, Billy, Rick, Kerry and so many more. My life is better. I am enriched and thankful for this place where I have the privilege to know those I would not have known.
